Design Proposal
A custom lighting plan developed around your property and what you want from it. We walk the property during the day, studying the architecture and landscape. This is where the vision becomes something tangible.
03 · Placement
Nighttime Placement
We visit your property after dark with fixtures in hand, placing and flagging each light exactly where it belongs. The design gets refined in real conditions before installation begins.
04 · Materials
Materials Procurement
We source commercial-grade, professional fixtures specified for longevity, consistent light quality, and lasting finish. Every component is chosen deliberately for your specific design.
05 · Installation
Expert Installation
Transformer placement, power runs, trenching, fixture connection. Our crew handles every detail cleanly and considerately. We work efficiently, respect your property, and leave the site exactly as we found it. When we leave, your lighting system is complete and your property looks exactly as it should.
06 · Walkthrough
Final Walkthrough
We return at night, walk the full system with you, and fine-tune beam angles, stake placement, and fixture positioning until everything looks exactly right. We do not consider the project complete until you are standing in your yard after dark and the property looks the way it was designed to look. Some things are worth doing right from the start.

Fixture count, wire runs, transformer capacity, and the complexity of the landscape all factor in. We provide a detailed quote before any work begins so you know exactly what to expect. We have installed projects ranging from $3,500 to $100K +.
Q: What kind of fixtures do you use for landscape lighting?
A: We install commercial-grade, low voltage LED integrated and modular fixtures built for permanent outdoor installation in Western NC’s climate. Brass is our preferred material. They hold their finish, age beautifully, and direct light exactly where it belongs. These are not fixtures you’ll find at a hardware store.
Q: Will you work with my existing landscape lighting system?
A: Sometimes. If the existing system was installed with quality fixtures and clean wiring, we can often extend or improve it. We assess everything honestly and tell you exactly what we find before recommending a path forward.
Q: Does landscape lighting require ongoing maintenance?
A: Low voltage LED systems are designed to run reliably with minimal upkeep. We recommend an annual maintenance visit to clean fixtures, adjust stake placement, and fine-tune any beam angles that have shifted over the season. It keeps the system looking and performing its best year after year.
Q: How soon can we get started?
